Ordering rules

  1. 01

    Standard orders require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Dessert bars and wedding work require 3 weeks.

  2. 02

    A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your date; the balance is due 48 hours before collection.

  3. 03

    Minimum order value is N$250 for boxed items and N$4 000 for styled dessert bars.

  4. 04

    Colour matching is done from your reference images — natural buttercream tones may vary slightly.

  5. 05

    Collection is from Windhoek by appointment. Delivery within Windhoek is quoted on distance.

  6. 06

    Cancellations inside 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit; date changes are subject to availability.

  7. 07

    We bake in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and egg. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
